Madan Ahluwalia graduated in 1994 from the San Francisco Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree. He passed the California Bar Exam and simultaneously began his career as an attorney by going into private practice. A desire to work first hand with clients and help those in need was the driving force behind his decision. As his experience grew, so did the practice. He branched out from offering immigration advice to consulting and practicing estate law and small business law.

Madan has numerous clients giving testimonial to his legal expertise. He has handled over 6,000 immigration cases ranging from H1B visas to fiancée visas to Green Card filing. His portfolio includes many entrepreneurs who have successfully begun their businesses in the law offices of Madan Ahluwalia. He has assisted hundreds of clients in what they consider the most important act of their life: estate planning.
